VidyuVaha Pvt. Ltd. (VPL) commenced operations in 2020 with a clear focus on revolutionizing urban mobility through Smart E-Vehicles and transit media solutions. Our mission is to establish a widespread network of E-Charging stations across India, providing sustainable green energy and promoting the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs).
Since our inception, VPL has been steadily advancing towards our goal of introducing electric vehicles across various segments, including autos, cars, and commercial vehicles. We are currently developing several commercial vehicle options aimed at reducing logistics costs while enhancing operational efficiency. Our proprietary app-based technology is designed to streamline transportation processes, offering comprehensive reports related to deliveries and logistics management.

Shri, Rupesh Kadam is Managing Director, Prarochan Group. Mr. Kadam earned a Bachelor of
Commerce and Bachelor in Law degree from Mumbai University and also earned Company
Secretary degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and has done
his Management from Welingkar Institute of Management. He worked as an Advisor for Many
renowned Developers and Corporate Companies providing services including Legal,
Liasoning and Finance in Real Estate Projects. Prior to which he worked with many Multi
National Companies including S. Kumars Nationwide Limited, Thomas Cook (India) Ltd., C
Bay Systems Inc. at various middle and senior management levels.
Started Prarochan Media Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2015 and then expanded the horizons of the
Company in to Small Conventional Retail Stalls, Outdoor Advertisement, E’ Vehicles and E
Learning & Skill Development. He is pioneer and visionary for framing all the business
verticals of Prarochan Group.
Shri. Prakash Page is a well-known personality in Maharashtra. A Chartered Accountant by profession, Mr. Page is instrumental in starting over 5000 companies big and small in his career. He was instrumental in the creation of Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC), the restructuring of the Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB) into its four companies, Mahagenco, Mahadiscom, Mahatransco and MSEB Holding Company. He has also introduced the concepts Public Private Partnerships to the government in 1996 which is now very popular. He has undertaken numerous projects worldwide in the fields of Infrastructure, Aviation, Power, Sugar and Dairy. He is presently an Independent Director in MSEB Holding company ltd., Maharashtra State Power generation Company Ltd., Maharashtra State Power Distribution Company Ltd., Maharashtra State Power Trading Company Ltd. and an advisor to the Minister of Energy and Education in the state of Maharashtra. Under his guidance Prarochan Group has entered into Partnerships with several leading Organizations.
Dinesh Maheshwari was headed as Executive Director & the Chief Financial Officer of Future Retail Ltd. (FRL). He is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He started his journey with FRL in December 2004 and has over 22 years of rich managerial experience post qualification. He has also worked with other corporate houses viz S.R. Batliboi & Co., IIT Capital Services Ltd., and Mukwano Industries Ltd. He has Strong domain knowledge of Finance, Accounts, Taxation, and Corporate Restructuring and commercial functions.
Mr. Sandeep Sawant is Qualified Chartered Accountant and Cerified Public Accountant from USA as well as very well versed with Information Systems, he has worked as software developer during initial phase of his career, a commerce graduate from University of Mumbai. He has expertise in Financial Audits, Examination of Accounting, recording and reporting of financial transactions. He has been conducting Statutory & Tax audit, Internal audit of large & medium scale Limited Companies. Further he has worked for fraud detection and investigation for some organizations. He is working as Director looking for Finance and Audit of Prarochan Group since June 2018.
Nilesh Kadam a Graduate in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Public Administration, is the Director Liaisoning at Prarochan Group, bringing over 2 decades of experience in government relations, public affairs, and strategic partnerships. He excels in building and maintaining relationships with government bodies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and securing approvals for major projects. His strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and dedication to excellence make him a vital asset to Prarochan Group.
James Lazar a management graduate from Mumbai University and a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, showcasing exemplary enterprising skills. Shri. Prashant Shetty, He has vast experience of 11 years in Media & marketing. In his earlier assignment as brand manager, he handled many domestic & International clients to achieve company’s vision and mission. He managed a team of marketing executives and worked on many innovations as well to cater the target audience of the client. He dealt with different genre of clients which includes FMCG clients, government sector, builders, entertainment, clothing sector etc. to implement many innovative ideas to attract client & help them cater their audience.
